Nigeria: House of Representatives Seek Trial of Oteh, Okereke

The House of Representatives committee that investigated the "near collapse" of the capital market yesterday presented its report in which it called for the prosecution of suspended director general of the Securities and Exchange Commission Arunma Oteh over alleged misconduct and fraud. It also asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to investigate former director general of the Nigerian Stock Exchange Ndi Okereke-Onyiuke over similar allegations of fraud and misconduct.
